Irish indie newcomers KEO have made an impressive start to their career, landing at number one on two major UK charts with their debut album Put A Smile On For Me.

The band, Finn, Conor, Jimmy and Oli, have topped both the Official Homegrown Albums Chart and the Official Record Store Chart, marking a huge milestone for the four-piece.

A Huge Debut for KEO

Reaching number one on the Official Homegrown Albums Chart is a major achievement for an emerging band, particularly with a debut release. Their success on the Official Record Store Chart adds to what has already been a memorable week for the group.

With Put A Smile On For Me, KEO have made a statement right out of the gate, earning chart recognition and putting their name firmly on the radar of indie fans.

Can They Go All the Way?

There’s still one big question: can KEO take the number one spot on the overall Official Albums Chart?

With two chart-topping achievements already behind them, the band have plenty to celebrate, and their debut success could be the beginning of something much bigger.

What a way to start their journey.
